Mayow Park

Some more park signage, this time for Mayow Park in South East London. The final designs are going to be branded into wood on the surfaces of a new playspace being designed by Groundwork.

Life drawing

Another Drawing Theatre at the Battersea Arts Centre, run by the brilliant London Drawing. This time the theme was painting and poetry by William Blake.

The Communist Manifesto

Recently found in a charity shop, this version was published in 1967. I like to think I will read it one day, but it the meantime it will look great on my new bookshelf. Perhaps alongside the also very lovely 1999 Penguin copy.

Rubáiyát of Omar Khayyám

Love, life and lots of wine. This was very trendy in Victorian times apparently. At the moment I'm not sure which is more interesting, the poems themselves, or the story of their translation.

Hyde Park Signage

The signage I have been working on with Virginia Nimarkoh, to mark the Great Exhibition's original location in Hyde Park. This is one of the first casts of the concrete signage that will be set into footpaths in the park. There are five of these in total, along with a metal interpretation board and a print guide to accompany the work. All due to be unveiled later this year.
