On the 30th May I am going to be running the Bupa 10k in London to raise money for the NSPCC. The training guide described the perfect hand posture as loose and gentle, like 'holding butterflies'.

Hyde Park Signage

The signage I've been working on in Hyde Park is now officially open! It is a project by Virginia Nimarkoh to commemorate the site of the Great Exhibition on the south side of the park. Print material to accompany the project (with a map) can be found in the little bowling green hut nearby.
